I’ve been having severe stomach pains after drinking my whey protein after hitting the gym. What the hell is up?
While there are numerous reasons why you may be having these pains, it’s likely that you are lactose intolerant. To test this theory, go buy a quart of normal milk and drink as much of it as you can stand. If you get similar pains from the milk, it’s likely the lactose.
Mixing whey protein with lactose-free milk, as far as I can tell, nullifies this issue.
