Christmas parties are about dressing up a bit, so don't show up in jeans and a T-shirt. The price of the jeans doesn't matter. Dark jeans might pass if you don't feel like wearing dress pants, but as a general matter you should avoid throwing on the same old jeans you wear on an everyday basis -- especially if they are obnoxiously bright and juvenile like the ones pictured.
