For some reason, some people who go to college determine it the prime time to spend as much cash as possible as quickly as possible- and yes, for those of you keeping score, this is a bad idea. While you should never limit yourself excessively in college (make sure you have everything you need- there's no point in suffering over something you can pay back when you have a job), but spending excessively on a fancy car, ridiculously expensive technology, new clothes, and everything else will leave you regretting it later. Lots of students graduate with significant amounts of non-school related credit card debt- don't be one of them.
